An evening Tantra surprise workshop in Montreal Center Tuesday
This workshop is about the joy we experiment when practising Tantra. Through practical propositions, breathing, dance, dyad, active meditation, relational exercices, we will invite you to exercice your consciousness so that you can experiment its deep nature. Tantra is an art of living, a way to be in the world and perceive all reality as sacred so that you feel connected to the whole. It’s by increasing your available energy that this opening of consciousness can eventually happen.
Workshop open to everyone wether curious, beginners or regulars.
